Gardening Thoughts add to Their Range of Log Cabins

The leading log cabins and garden sheds supplier, Gardening Thoughts Limited, are pleased to announce the addition of the Kingsleigh, Lulworth and Winchester log cabins to their already extensive range of Wessex log cabins. A great addition to any garden, the new log cabins have been added to the Gardening Thoughts online store (http://www.gardeningthoughts.co.uk) to meet the growing demand for high quality garden buildings, and can be seen here: http://www.gardeningthoughts.co.uk/acatalog/log-cabins.html

The new log cabins are very well priced and look absolutely great, said Sabine Post, Owner of Gardening Thoughts, January is traditionally one of our busiest months as people look ahead to the spring and plan their garden building projects.

This Kingsleigh log cabin has an integral porch area and is made from 28 mm logs.

Oppose ACLU’s evil pursuits

It was interesting to read the responses to Mont Poulsen's passionate opinion several weeks ago concerning homosexuals. Mr. Poulsen finds it appalling that USU hired at taxpayer expense someone to "keep homosexuals and transsexuals safe." Since this was in quotes I assume that was what was said in the report. Jami Beth claims it is not a security organization but a guidance and support program. Be that what it may, the government, either state or federal, has no business sponsoring a program like this. Mont asks some simple questions which probably most parents in Cache Valley would ask. The responses in the opinion column are about what I had expected from the liberal contingent in the area. Some think that all of the homosexual community just live their life privately and there is no effort to recruit.

Software Call of Duty 4 Developer Laments PC Game Piracy

Besides targeting the mass market, there are other reasons for many PC game developers to shift focus to consoles.

Call of Duty, a franchise that started on the PC, is now a bona fide hit on current-generation consoles Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Listed as one of GameStop's top five selling games throughout the holiday season, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was also amongst the most often played online.

Microsoft's Larry Hryb detailed in his blog that Call of Duty 4 was the third most played game on Xbox Live, behind only Halo 3 and Gears of War.

Even with the success of the console versions of Call of Duty 4, the developers of the game continue to put effort into extending the life of its work for the PC audience. Coming soon are mod tools for hobbyists to create new game modes, as well as a map editor to make new environments.

Jittery retailers seek answers in wee hours

One of the biggest shopping days of the year got off to a record early start on Friday with stores such as Kohl's and J.C. Penney opening as early as 4 a.m., a mark of how aggressively retailers are pursuing shoppers in what is predicted to be the slowest-growth holiday retail season in five years.

Monica Zepeda, 25, an assembly-line worker from Chicago, began shopping with out-of-town guests at 5 a.m. The group snapped up bargains on a Sony DVD player and Nautica jogging suits. Getting up before dawn was worth it, she said.

"I'm trying to spend less," she said. "Gas hits the pocketbook real hard."

Local Serbian residents claim that Perkovic's songs glorify Serbian ethnic cleansing.

Perkovic is currently scheduled to perform in Cleveland on November 9th. The Serbian Unity Congress has condemned his North American tour. Milosh Milenkovich, a resident of Cleveland and former President of the SUC, said that Perkovic's music is a glorification of fascism and genocide, and vows to protest his Ohio concert.

While performing a concert this summer in his home country of Croatia, Perkovic's audience gave Nazi salutes. Perkovic was banned from performing in the Netherlands due to his flirtations with neo-Nazism.

His supporters, however, claim that his music is merely about his love for his country during a time of civil war.
